About the Role
This role will suit initiative-taking STEM based university graduates to work across a broad portfolio of challenging projects associated with soil, aggregate and concrete. Together with a diverse and dynamic team of passionate people, you’ll be involved in delivering multi-disciplinary projects, for a range of diverse clients based locally and throughout the state.

Pilbara Geotechnical & Laboratory Services and it’s associated entities are locally owned and operated laboratories in Western Australia. We provide efficient, accurate, and professional laboratory reports to industry professionals who value excellence in their field. We offer a wide range of testing services for various projects, including soil testing, concrete testing, aggregate testing, geological testing and assessment, and much more!

To Succeed in the Role
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Earth Science, Geology or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid Australian driving licence and unrestricted working rights.
- A willingness to take a hands-on approach.
- Strong team player with the capability of also working autonomously.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to set priorities, plan work, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Any previous experience in soils and concrete laboratories or the construction industry, while not necessary would be beneficial.
